Laboratory air supply method:
The laboratory air supply system can be divided into dispersed gas supply and centralized gas supply.
(1)Disperse gas supply is to place the gas cylinder or gas generator in each instrument analysis room, which is close to the gas point of the instrument, easy to use, save gas and investment less; But because the cylinder is close to the experimenter, the safety is not good, generally requires the use of explosion-proof gas bottle cabinet, and to the alarm function and exhaust function. The alarm is divided into combustible gas alarm and non-combustible gas alarm. Gas cylinder cabinet should be equipped with a gas cylinder safety warning sign and gas bottle safety fixture.
(2)Gas supply various experimental analysis instrument is to need to use all kinds of gas cylinders, all placed between independent cylinders inside, outside the laboratory for centralized management, all kinds of gas from a cylinder in the form of pipeline, in accordance with the requirements for different experimental apparatus of gas transmission on different experimental instrument to each lab. Collection system including air pressure control of a complete set of parts (bus), gas pipeline (EP grade stainless steel tube), secondary regulating shunt part column (function) and a terminal connected to the instrument parts (joint, cut-off valve). The system has excellent air tightness, high cleanliness, durability and safety and reliability, can satisfy the experimental apparatus for all kinds of gas uninterrupted continuous use requirements, and in the process of using instruments working conditions according to the experiment on the whole or partial pressure, flow rate of gas full range adjustment to meet the requirements of different experimental conditions.
The centralized gas supply can realize the centralized management of gas source, away from the laboratory and guarantee the safety of the experimenter. But the gas supply pipeline is long, which leads to waste gas, and the gas source is to be opened or closed to the cylinder, which is convenient to use.
