Chemical laboratory design must be "practical, safe, environmental protection" as the starting point, comprehensive consideration of various instruments and equipment safety operation requirements, the configuration of corresponding experimental equipment.
B.Basic requirements of chemical laboratory
(1) general and analytical chemistry laboratory design
Ordinary and analytical chemical laboratory is engaged in the research including chemicals of mixing, heating, cooling, distillation, evaporation, dilution and reaction, this work can be in open laboratory bench or smoke ark operation, the required analysis equipment such as spectrophotometer, liquid chromatography, gas meter, etc., often some harmful substances are used in analytical chemistry laboratory, including the highly toxic, volatile liquid, powder, combustible gas pressure. Inorganic chemistry laboratory is engaged in the research including heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic, etc.) quantitative analysis, including the environment, food, biological samples, such as various types of TCM, common qualitative and quantitative analysis of trace metals, such as Fe, Cu, Ca, K, Mg, Mn, zinc, Li, Mo, Sr, Co, etc, trace elements of precious metals (Au, Ag, Pt) and trace metal elements (such as: Tl), nonmetal and its compounds (such as: Se, B, P, N, NO2 -, NO3 -, F -, Cl -, SO42 -, etc.), volumetric analysis of various projects, medicines and proprietary Chinese medicine drug content analysis, food nutrition analysis (such as: carbohydrates, starch, fat, cellulose, etc.), physical index analysis (such as density, melting point, refractive index, optical rotation, PH, moisture, etc.), inorganic chemical reagents of various physical and chemical index analysis. Inorganic laboratory with atomic absorption spectrometer, ultraviolet spectrometer, fluorescence spectrometer, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy, ion chromatography and other large imported precision instruments, can take most of the inorganic project analysis test work.
