Basic structure of food inspection laboratory:
The laboratory should reasonably divide relatively independent regions so as to achieve the basic requirements of safety, rationality, science, convenience and energy saving.

According to actual needs, it is divided into three parts: bacterial laboratory, chemistry lab and office.
Bacteriological laboratory includes: Sterile room; Culture medium production room; Washing and disinfection room.
The physical and chemical analysis laboratory (or the combination of bacterial test and operation room) includes: a physical and chemical analysis room (also as a sensory inspection laboratory) and a laboratory (and a small number of instruments, such as bacteria room microscope).
